Mode of Payment and Transaction method 
Just add the product you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click on the proceed to check out option. You shall always have an option to add the accessories of the products. In addition, you shall be required to input the delivery address or pick up address during the checkout step.

The mode of payments include Credit or Debit card (Visa or MasterCard), Pay Pal, Bank Transfer, Zip Money (Interest-Free), After pay, latitude finance.

Surcharge Payable
For payments over $1,000. A surcharge of 2% is applicable for all Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

Dealing Currency

In case you need to Return Product

While chances are rare that a return be intended but in addition to the warranty and specification product listed with the products the following step by step process is included for your assistance:

Return Confirmation Code

The return credits shall be made to you in the same mode of your original transaction or as allgenerators.com.au deem fit depending on the specification of the products.

Packaged Return Products
A claim for the return of the unopened or packed products can be made within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

The product packaged in its original form shall be required to be sent to allgenerators.com.au and thus freight charges along with a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price shall be required to pay by the customer.

The terms included herein are not negotiable.

Returns Resulting from the Change of Mind
In case the return requests are initiated just because customers changed their mind for the product or found a competitive price, did not develop a liking of the product or could not use the product, the consumer warranties and guarantees shall not be made available, then, in these and similar instances,

It’s the customer’s responsibility to make an aware and responsible choice at the time of placing an order.

Products Already Opened<
Products or accessories already opened can also be returned within 14 days of delivery along with the restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price covering the testing of the product, cleaning and servicing expenses.

In such instances you simply need to return the item with the prepaid shipping using the payment/hipping mode suitable to you, please make sure that the product is in sealed condition with all the materials and packaging that it had originally.

Orders Cancelled After the Shipment

Damaged Items

Wrong Product Delivered
In case a wrong product is delivered to you, please feel free to contact us so that a suitable arrangement of refund or replacement depending upon the conditions and availability of the product be made.

Used Products
Products that have been used cannot be returned.
