If you camp frequently or travel often, then consider investing in petrol or a diesel generator without having to install a separate system. We recommend choosing one with at least 1000 watts of continuous output and 1500 watts of surge power. This will give you enough power to run most small appliances and electronics while camping, including lights and small refrigerators. A smaller generator might be helpful if you don’t plan on running any large appliances like air conditioners or water pumps while camping, but if that’s something you need then look into getting something with an inverter capability so it can handle those applications as well!
